Wish I was eating your chicken soup and pastina

Hey mom,

I have been working hard on this blog for my WWW class because I wanted a place that all your kids could post pictures and stories for you to read while we are all away at school or work. I know that I speak for all of us when I say that we miss being spoiled by our Mom everyday after school. I could really use some Pastina right about now durring finals, or just some time hanging out in the kitchen with you.

I know that this year has been the most difficult year for you because Matt and Greg are in college now, I am here, and Dan is working in LA. I can not imagine teaching us all to grow up to be great guys and then having to let us leave. All your eagles are out of the nest, and we all are BC Eagles!!! Stop worrying though, because we are all on our way home for Christmas, and we are so happy to be spending it at our house with you and Dad. We are the luckiest kids in the world to have parents like you guys. I hope you know that we idolize both of you because you built such a close-knit, successful family. Personally, I do not know anyone that has such a close bond with ALL his brothers, and his parents as much as me, Matt, Greg, and Dan. Our family rocks, and it is because we have such great parents.

Soon I will being going abroad to Italy, and I am a little nervous, becuase I will not have my parents, or my little brothers. It was great having Matt and Greg on campus this semster, and I am going to miss them in Italy. This is a time where I am going to be on my own for 5 months, which is the longest period I have ever been away from you, Dad, Matt, Greg, probably Dan, and Melissa. It is going to be difficult, but a much needed experience. I am going to grow and learn so much from this trip. Maybe I will even find out what I am going to do with my life after BC? All I know is that I am going to take everything you taught me, and everything I learned in school, and use it abroad to help me get the most out of living so far away from home. I am going to miss the security of my family, but I am excited to take on this challenge. How bad will it be??... It's Italy!!

Well Mom, I hope you like some of the stuff we posted on this blog. I am going to teach you how to post things too, so you can reply to us. If we keep this blog going, it can be a fun way for us to keep in touch when we are all living so far away from each other next semester.
I love you Mom and Dad and we will be home soon!! Can't wait!

Love Peter
